What’s the easiest thing you can do to lose weight? Drink lots of water!
I can’t stress this enough. Water is the real “natural” diet drink. It literally whisks the fat out of your body.
According to pretty much everything I’ve read, ever, you’re supposed to drink at least 8 (8oz) glasses of water a day. That’s 64oz, or half a gallon.
Do you drink that much water? I don’t. I mean, I try, but seriously, that’s a lot of water!
Here’s a couple ideas that I had on my blog a while ago that you can use. I’ve used them, and they work…you just need to stick to it.
1. Take an empty gallon jug, fill it half way with water every morning, and put it on your counter. Drink from it all day, and by dinner time, make sure to finish what’s left.
2. Make a pitcher of Fat Flush Water every morning, and drink it.
What is Fat Flush Water?
Fat Flush Water is simple to make and tastes great.
Besides its main ingredient of water, the Fat Flush contains grapefruit that’s loaded with vitamin C to help your body turn fat into fuel. How is Fat Flush Water Made?
Slice: 1 grapefruit (or lemon…or both), 1 tangerine, ½ cucumber, and add 2 to 3 mint leaves.
Add to a water pitcher with ice and let set for about an hour.
That’s all it takes! You can tweek this as much as you’d like. If it’s too strong for you, use half the fruit. If it’s too sour, skip the lemon. It’s completely up to you, because using the fruit as a flavor enhancer gives you the nutritional benefits for hardly any calories. Drink as much as you like/can!
Don’t mess with fancy-dancy diet drinks or supplements. I don’t care how natural they say they are. Nothing is more natural than water.
